We booked guest room with three proper beds and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel location was particularly good in an ideal area for sightseeing.

It was immaculately clean and the stuff where really good, beds were comfy. I had guest room with a private bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served for most tastes. This accommodation had a central setting in the old Jewish Quarter.

Knowledgeable and attentive people.
Absolutely perfect and lovely location, within short walking distance to a restored synagogue. 15 minutes walking from the but station.

Excellent service and an authentic restaurant onsite. Not to mention very good wifi! Amazing and charming location, just a walking distance from Wolf Popper Synagogue.

Had absolutely perfect and lovely location to the main square-approx a 10 minute walk, walking distance to a synagogue and a castle. For tea or coffee visit Chimney Cake Bakery nearby.

Appreciated the twin room we had with velux windows in the ceiling. The hotel's location was good and excellent in markets.
Facilities were very good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection, offering a variety of options to start the day. The location was ideal, situated in a vibrant district with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel lacked modern decor and furnishings, which may not appeal to those looking for a more contemporary atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in a quieter area of the city, but still within walking distance of the main square. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to the Old Town and in the heart of the lively Jewish district. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is beautifully presented and offers a variety of options.
Nothing, all excellent.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel as it catered to the things that I needed to make my stay comfortable. There is a fridge in the rooms so your able to keep some snacky foods and drinks cold. There is satelite though for Brits not much good as only CNN. The rooms are spacious, airy and very clean. If you needed anything staff were happy to help. Trips can be arranged by the hotel, but I did some myself as others could be cheaper, good to look around at times. I found the location a bit far from the Main Market Square of Krakow, but great if you enjoy walking. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers and Krakow to anyone who loves history and beatiful architecture. I was a single traveller and felt very safe, relaxed and had a magnificent time.
I liked the hotel, but did find one member of staff quite difficult. They were not one for small talk, were quite pushy and blunt. They were happy to help, but were soon irritated if you did not agree, or had other ideas, or took too long (in their eyes) to decide and you were always expected to answer like an obediant child. It was quite funny really, I just think that sometimes it's nice to show an interest in your customers, it makes all the difference. Pretentiousness is not attractive.
