Clean room central location value for money courtesy of the staff excellent confort for the guests and very good hotel.

Great location for visiting the beautiful city of Groningen, friendly Hotel and staffs were very kind.

The location is very good and extremely welcoming & helpful staff made the stay feel very relaxed and comfortable.

The location is excellent, you can walk to all the restaurants and pubs.

Near the center, very well located for both train station and canal trip worthwhile sampling you have time.

The room has two "double" beds although they are quite narrow for two adults.

My sister used the "gym" on the basement level which is about as small a closet but does have a couple of new cardio machines and tanning bed (good if you want to get over all that rain and greyness of Dutch winters!

The rooms are not very big, the sauna is small.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the rooms and service have been very nice.

For my last stay we booked a triple room which is really just a double room that you pay 12 euros extra for.

Near the center, very well located for both train station and canal trip worthwhile sampling you have time. There is a selection of restaurants just outside the hotel and service have been very nice. The rooms are not very big, the sauna is small.

Interesting old town, location was fantastic and the personnel at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. Coffee were good.

Very near the happening streets for nightlife and the Dutch people are very friendly & happy & relaxed & Groningen is a lovely city. The hotel is well situated, there is free coffee at every floor.

Very friendly staff, breakfast very good.

More ideal for the business stay the parking of Holland Casino becomes available for the hotel guests for the discounted price, by far not as nice as the renovated rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the rooms and service have been very nice. For my last stay we booked a triple room which is really just a double room that you pay 12 euros extra for. It is a nice touch that there is a free coffee / tea machine on each floor and at least five computer with free internet access in the lobby. My sister used the "gym" on the basement level which is about as small a closet but does have a couple of new cardio machines and tanning bed (good if you want to get over all that rain and greyness of Dutch winters! The location is excellent, you can walk to all the restaurants and pubs.
