The cheapest price in the area

We had to switch the room due to the smell of cigarettes and alcohol in the first one. People in the rooms smoke despite of the ban in the whole building. Very poor breakfast ( one muffin per person - that`a all )

The hotel is near the airport which was good for us. Very kind staff. It's a good quality/price ratio.

Breakfast is the weakness of this hotel. Few choice, no milk and no place for lunch. But again, the room price is moderate so it doesn't matter.

Sheltered us from the Tropical Storm.

The entire building smelled like smoke and humidity. The window was leaking a bit during Tropical Storm Lee. Door doesn't close all the way by itself; you just make sure you close the door. Located down the I-10 service road all the way past the rest of the hotels. Breakfast was decent -- grab your food downstairs and bring back to your room, since there was no other place to eat. Building is old.

The location was the best thing going for easy rest inn.

The staff was unfriendly, breakfast was a joke, on my first two days we only got coffee and breakfast started at 6am and went down at 6:30am. Our first room had a big hole in the bathtub that was covered with a mat. My son took a shower and the desk called to say we had a leak. It took all day for them to move us to another room only because I asked again. My room was never cleaned while we were threre so I went on the third day for towels and was told no one was in that room. I ask housekeeping to come vacuum beause the second room was full of dog hair she was too busy so I had to do it myself and this was at 5pm. We couldnt use the pool there was no chairs around the pool.

The price was excellent especially for those on a serious budget.

No maid service! No clean towels put in room.....the garbage was even emptied.

Prostitute and druggies types hanging around.

Best bang for the buck in the area. Rooms were clean and a bit larger than expected. Used the free wifi extensively and it worked very well. Comfortable bed and bedding. Free hot coffee in room and in the lobby. Great price. Entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those on a budget.

Furniture is dated.

Easy to find what you need and to get to néeded areas. In the middle for my family

Only two towels in room, and when ask for more, not available. Only had coffee in room day we got there, more not available. Just starting up, so they should get better.

Literally a roach motel! Live roach found crawling in shower. The hotel also pre-authorizes a $25.00 damage fee, which your bank will hold for 3-5 days. The hotel also charged my card at check in, which I was informed of and was fine. But after checking my bank account (think goodness I did) the hotel pre-authorized 2 nights aposed to the 1 night we stayed, but the also charged my bank card 1 nights stay so for 3-5 days an extra 90.00 was held by my bank all for a roach motel!!

Very pleased with this hotel. I only needed to stay in Pensacola for 1 night on a quick business trip. Staff friendly, rooms clean and the beds were heavenly. I am used to the standard hotel beds and spreads, but here it was more like something I would have at home. Room overall was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was very nice and obviously newly renovated and updated. Really a nice place at a very good price and location. I asked for a frigde in my room and got it immediately at for a small fee. The staff was all around great.

They dont have a big neon sign which really not a big issue for me as I knew that going in. The hallways are a bit narrower than what I am used to but its an older building-- well maintained though.

Noise from I-10 highway was very loud, could not sleep.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The location was great for what I needed, the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and my bathroom appeared brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had a better nights sleep than at higher end hotels I have stayed at in the past. Can not beat the value for money here.

No food service. No formal sign out front (but management told me that this is because they are changing to an Econolodge flag and have had to wait till then for a formal sign)--- no biggie, really, I just hope they dont raise the prices!

Requested 2 queen sized beds. Only King available. I had to sleep With My adult daughter. No garbage cans in small bedroom or bathroom.

It was terrible, dirty, bugs in the beds, staff was wearing dirty clothes!

I got what I paid for. It was a decent room and I was not uncomfortable. I just needed a place to sleep.

There was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room which I believed was advertised when I chose the hotel. There was also no iron or ironing board I could use. There were drawers but no closet in my room.
