The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a central area, so close to Montpelier due to the snow storm made easier by staff at the Econolodge. Had brand-new room with a comfortable bed, coffee plus the condition for a very enjoyable stay. All the staff was genuinely helpful and we had an easy check in. The location was quiet and the best, for example, Vermont State House was just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The continental breakfast is a great bonus. I would like to stay longer, liked its location, nothing to complain about.

The room was brand-new and cheap with juice and coffee, for instance, met needs. The location was convenient and unbeatable, not too far from Ethan Allen Statue. This was my second enjoyable stay here and I would like to stay longer.

I really liked leaving. First of all...they never heard of me or my reservation!!! They tried to put us in a room that stunk of mold!! Offered another filthy, disgusting room which we also refused. This was without question the dirtiest, most revolting motel I ever saw!!! I would not let my dog spend the night in such a place!! I will be contacting the Econo-Lodge Corporation about this. I may call the Health Dept. For the city of Montpelier...This place needs a bulldozer!!

Incredibly beautiful and convenient accommodation with quiet setting so close to Vermont's Capital and montpelier and barre and the beautiful surroundings and sparkling clean accommodations. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. A chair and dresser in the room and the comfortable bed.

my recent stay at econo lodge surpassed my expectations in montpelier. the warm breakfast, friendly staff, and proximity to shops and restaurants were delightful. i will definitely be back for more!
