  Location was interesting and close to shops, the hotel became party central. The desk staff were polite, the room was clean, comfortable.

  Good location downtown and for sure we would stay there again, just to see your clerk. Rooms are semi clean and the Continental Breakfast, included in the price, is a real bonus. The managers have always been helpful.

  Location was amazing and this hotel was a huge disappointment. The service at the front desk was courteous and check in was hasslefree, the bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice, continental breakfast was good.

  Location is perfect for downtown sightseeing, the hotel should have reflected an appropriate price for you got, then maybe no complaints and the Staff is nice and good room service.

  The good things are, location is very convinient, in the heart of Toronto downtown and the neighborhood of this hotel is not as bad as I expected. The presence of a fridge in the room is helpful.
