  Rates were reasonable for the area at $79.99 for a night and the room was spotless as indeed was the whole hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

  The communal areas were clean and the rooms comfortable, fresh and well furnished, just visted Florida City and stayed at this hotel. The lady working at the front desk was friendly and polite, night manager was very helpful.

  The location is good to explore the everglades and the keys, just to stay and visit friends, lobby and parking lot are bright and clean. Bathroom is neat as well and the complimentary breakfast is coffee.

  Because of that, 's a really great value, friendly family staff and good rates ok rooms sketchy service. Toilet all seemed super new, clean, nice facilities.
