  The location was great, place was clean and the price was right and free onsite parking was a plus. The staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable and the fridge and Microwave were very old and didn't work propley. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the only fruit available were apples.

  Great location for the city and a plenty of bus lines available too. Value for money paid and reasonable price. Ottawa river is fabulous and staff is friendly.

  Good situation near the City Center, a pleasant stay and location was very nice to close to the Parliament Buildings. The staff were great and rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was fine.

  The ice machine was broken and bathtub smelled a bit like old boots.

  Not expensive at all considering location and very good hotel. Cheap price worth, its friendly service and the room was spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was basic free waffles.

  Location is good and also bus stop right in front of the hotel. Showers appeared to be recently renovated, breakfast staff is excellent.

  The price was excellent for the area and hotel was within easy walking distance of down town Ottawa. Staff were mostly quite friendly and the rooms were generally clean. Breakfast was very good.

  Great location, excellent value for money and for 80$ per night best price. Wonderful staff at the desk, newly renovated bathroom newspaper and a decent continental breakfast in the morning. A good choice for the budget traveler.

  Excellent location, for an overnight stay was very comfortable and one more thing, the staff were very welcoming and professionnal. The internet worked very well and the breakfast the next morning was great.
