we arrived late having rung to let you know we were on our way. it was so welcoming to have key left in the door, good instructions, and the heater and electric blanket already on. thankyou for your thoughtfulness.

just a suggestion.... would prefer oil heater - more efficient - tho would have left it on over night so not sure what it would do to your power bills!

Friendly, helpful staff. lets be honest..... this is not the 4 seasons or Hilton, but it served my purposes well. Comfortable enough room. Good cooking facilities. This looks like a converted residential property with added chalets.

Only dislike was low shower pressure but this may have been due to all the recent earthquakes!!

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were equipped with electric blankets and lots of pillows, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. We were also impressed with the well-equipped kitchenette, which had all the basic necessities for preparing meals. The hotel's location was ideal, with the AMI stadium just a short walk away, making it convenient for attending events. The staff provided great service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great - no complaints.

I was very disappointed with the value for money aspect. I think the motel room was very overpriced. The room was very damp and smelt very musty. I would not recomend to anyone

The quietness

Although we only had an overnight stay we agreed we would stay here again. I chose this place as it was close to the event we were attending. We loved how our unit was tucked away, very private and quiet. Good parking, Clean and well appointed.

Clean and modern, excellent location, close to many interesting restaurants and places of entertainment, friendly, helpful and efficient staff

There was some street noise - which may be less noticeable higher up (we were on the 3rd floor). The breakfast was ok but somewhat limited. However, there are so many other options for breakfast within walking distance.

Cleanliness of room and service/reception

The location of this motel is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station, nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are well-sized and equipped with a kitchenette, while the bathrooms are stocked with everything you need. the staff here are friendly and accommodating.

The motel appears to be quite dated and in need of some updates.

Location was perfect for attending as event at the Arena.
