Central location very close to a restaurant, the market and cafe, shops and restaurants, and Ben Lomond in the Santa Cruz mountains, it was in a very nice area. Also, the hotel was placed 2 miles from touristic place like Sequoia Retreat Center. We got a room with a tub. We appreciated cereals, yogurt and hardboiled eggs at breakfast.

The property was picturesque and comfy. The employees of the hotel were amazingly nice and friendly. I had good food for breakfast with many options. The location was stunning and incredible, with cafés and restaurants close to the property. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay.

Had a really nice stay here. The hotel was straightforward and comfy with magnificent location next to Ben Lomond in the Santa Cruz mountains and a zip line through the redwood forest at Mt Herman.

The location in the middle of the city was marvellous and stunning. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the hotel.

The pool area was heated and the location was marvellous and stunning, next to both Santa Cruz and Henry Callow Redwood State Park as well as a coffee shop. Found time to see Park Hall, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The location of this hotel was great for our romantic escape. We were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the redwoods and even had a peaceful walk along the calm stream. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and de-stressing.
There were a couple of aspects that we were not completely satisfied with during our stay. the room had a musty smell that was quite off-putting.

Surrounded by redwood trees, with well-kept grounds and blooming roses. Very helpful staff, good breakfast. Clean, updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Convenient location between two state parks, with nearby zip line and railroad. Saw a deer while driving back. Will definitely return.

The location is stunning and good, in the middle of the city. Moreover, it is adjacent to San Fran and Monterey and a zip line through the redwood forest at Mt Herman and a forest of Redwood trees.
