  Comfortable beds and location, great place, price were perfect for our needs. The lobby was clean, upgraded, and well presented, staff were friendly. The room was clean, continental breakfast included Wifi was free and reliable, dinner at Mimi's Cafe was wonderful.

  Good location to explore sanibel and captiva, the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff is very helpful. Too cold by the bed , too warm on the other side of the room.

  Hotel was rundown dirty, night staff that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and everything worked properly. The continental breakfast was very satifying.

  Other family style restaurants etc, great value and i cleaned up and reported the problem at the front desk. Large and clean room, good mattress. Staff did not notify me at check in that continental breakfast was not available after 6 am.
