During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-kept room. The soft bed and sitting area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The location could not be better, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. The free tea and coffee in the room was an added bonus that I enjoyed every morning.

The noise from nearby construction and traffic did disturb my sleep a few times, and the lack of temperature control in the room made it uncomfortable at times. some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging.

The location is okay, near some bars/market/restaurants, and within walking distance to the Presidential Palace and the subway. The selling point is the price: the rooms are very good for the price and the breakfast is a steal.

We were put into a smoking room, even if we asked for a non-smoking one. We arrived so late and exhausted, though, that we did not ask them to change. Also, English skills are at a minimum.

There was not a pc in the hotel and the wifi was on just on some floors.

The rooms are well-kept and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to help guests, including fulfilling late-night requests for extra amenities. The excellent breakfast buffet offers many options, making it a delightful start to the day. The rooms are carpeted and nicely furnished with a desk, small table and good internet connection.

The lobby is a smoking-permitted area, which might not be pleasant for non-smokers.

The location was convient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is well run. Breakfast buffet at 6$ was filling with plenty of choices especially Asian food. Staff was helpful but English was not their best language though they tried

Would have been nice to have at least one tv channel in English especially a news channel ie bbc or cnn

Check out took 20 minutes, because the staff were doing a lot of things simultaneously. More staff at the reception would have been nice.

It is a budget hotel so It is more à bacpackers place than a real hotel. The guys who are running could do more with the upkeep.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the metro stop and in the heart of the city center. It was easy to get around and explore this city's tourist spots. The hotel condition was clean and well-kept, and the staff were helpful in shipping my forgotten items. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a handy fridge.
