The room is reasonably priced. Glad to have climate control, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The service is friendly with free parking available and superb meals. The pool area is very clean. Its location is beautiful & amazing, adjacent to one of the best properties in Kumarakom as well as LakeSong Resort. The place to order lunch not too far from the hotel is La Breeze Restaurant: )

During a recent visit to Kerala, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely resort. Located in a serene and green environment, the resort offered breathtaking views of the garden and little river. Our spacious room was tastefully decorated with beautiful curtains and tapestry. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. The resort also had a well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. they offered a complimentary evening boat ride, which was a fantastic way to explore the surrounding backwaters.

The breakfast at the resort left much to be desired, with most of the buffet items lacking taste.

Marvellous, beautiful location in Kumarakom, not far from conferences for clients before, canal within property, and the peaceful aryeuvedic centre. Also, on the lake at Kumarakom.

Had great-sized, huge room that was been cleaned but was not clean. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Kumarakom Craft Museum. Was a good choice for trip.

This hotel is a great place to unwind and relax. The staff are friendly and the cuisine is excellent. The hotel's location directly on the edges of the big lake-backwaters provides a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a pleasant ambience.

The staff here were exceptional, with the front service staff, Rosemy, taking great care of us during our stay. The level of service provided was truly top-notch and ensured that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.

During our stay at Lakesong Resort, we had an amazing experience with the service. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to assist us. Our room service was fantastic and any requests to reception or housekeeping were swiftly taken care of. The resort offers a stunning view of a large lake and the complementary boat ride was an enjoyable highlight. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding lawns were beautifully manicured. The manager also arranged a competitive taxi service for us. we were highly satisfied with our stay at Lakesong Resort.

The food was a letdown and lacked variety. The options were limited and the quality was not up to standard.

Additionally, as a vegetarian, I was pleased to find that the breakfast options catered to my dietary preferences, even though they were a bit limited for Western tastes.

The hotel had amazing complementary boat rides with stunning bird watching in such a serene location. We also enjoyed a peaceful head massage from the lovely aryeuvedic doctors. The grounds were beautifully kept, offering picturesque views.

The mosquitoes were quite bothersome in the early evening, so it would have been helpful to have some insect repellent on hand. we experienced some plumbing issues that were not dealt with efficiently.

Although the resort had a lot to offer, the variety of activities for kids could have been better.
