The standard room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was comfortably furnished and well-maintained with a balcony. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television in the room were useful.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little slow.

We got room with bright decor and a lovely bathroom to relax. The location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable, you can visit Wish Tower by walking.

Perfect atmosphere, competent and attentive employees at the reception desk. New-fashioned room with gorgeous bathroom and sensational breakfast. Truly exceptional and nicely appointed hotel in a central location on the south coast. And also not too far from Museum of Shops.

The location was excellent and perfect, next to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, surrounding area, and both Eastbourne, in a fairly nice area. Got wheelchair accessible room with balcony, fresh tpwels, as for instance as expected. We did not want to leave there and would love to come back.

The breakfast was well organised with omelette, and the downstairs bar was a plus. The location was magnificent and incredibly comfortable, right on the seafront, in the nice enough area. Spent our evenings in nearby Durrant Eatery enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
The staff was a little slow.
