The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for chilling with my crew. We were so close to the Night Bazaar and the Maya Mall, where we shopped till we dropped! The hotel staff were super cool and helped us find the best party spots in town. Plus, the food was DELISH and kept us energized for our adventures!

The only thing we wished for was a happening rooftop bar or a cool hangout area where we could meet other young party animals like us. It would have been awesome to have a place to kick back and have a blast without leaving the hotel.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have a grab bar or handle in the bathroom. This would provide extra support and stability, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

Additionally, it was relatively close to the city center and even the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers like myself. The hotel staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service at every turn. They were always available to help with laundry, tours, and ticket assistance. The room amenities were also impressive, with air conditioning, a terrace, and soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel's beautiful garden area and swimming pool only added to the overall charm and tranquility of this place.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. the bed was quite firm, which may not be to everyone's preference.
