Dylan Hotel New York - 纽约

Dylan Hotel, located in midtown Manhattan in NYC, offered a great location for business, restaurants and sights to see.

All in short walking distance, great location and the hotel is very well situated.

The location was perfect, right next to Grand Central Station.

1 minutes walk to Grand Central station and the subway.

Close to airport bus pick up and rooms are ok as well as the stuff.

We had a basic room with a king size bed, and it felt really spacious and not at all small like other New York hotel rooms can be.

The bathroom was a bit disappointing because there was no bath tub and not much room to put our toiletries.

Bathroom had no tub, but was cutely appointed with beakers for drinking glasses and had lotion, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner.

The room was very standard, the bathroom was very small with no bath, no view outside the window, looked onto an office block, the room was very dark, with little light coming into the room, which was a nightmare for my girlfriend doing her make-up.

The bed was very comfortable and feather pillows, nice sheets and the room was VERY clean and smelled nice.

Quality breakfast available in the connected lobby restaurant and professional reception of Ms.

We never visited the in-house restaurant or bar so we can’t comment on it but they looked quite nice.

Service was impeccable from the front desk, bellman, room service to restaurant and bar, I experienced them all and had no complaints.

Hotel restaurant and bar were closed and have been for ages (make that years).

How much fun can it be to stay in a hotel with no restaurant and no bar.

One front desk staff didn't quite know how to book a car service to go to Kennedy - he said that a taxi was the only way other than the bus.

The location was wonderful, hotel staff were helpful you needed them and sent a service person up within minutes.

They even let me go behind their counter to print up coupons on-line for a shuttle.

First, their lobby was beautiful and chic.

Excellent value, the clean lobby and literally just one block away.

Desk and free easy-to use high speed wireless internet.

When the wireless internet signal was weak, we were given an ethernet cable to attach to the wall outlet.

The room was a bit worn out, in need of painting and a fresh carpet, but very clean.

It was a queensize room but was clean, tidy, light and quiet.

One of the best locations in NYC, clean room.

The hotel staff was very nice, they were extremely accommodating even I booked last-minute and the rooms were clean.

It was sparkling clean, the rooms were well appointed and very quiet.
