During my Xmas stay, I really liked the spacious room and the effort the staff put into creating a romantic atmosphere. The hotel's location, between two train lines and near Chinatown, made it convenient for exploring the city. the proximity to popular cafes and a local food center gave us plenty of dining options.

There were a few negative aspects to note. The room was a bit worn out, with creaky stairs that felt unstable.

lobby and public area smell like meldew and dirty

small room located accross narrow street with very loud night club noise till 4 am , bath tub surround with black meldew and dirty black mold .

Service was excellent in front of house and room staff. Facilities are good as is the location on the edge of Chinatown and handy to bars, restaurants and the MRT

I had a well furnished room with a sofa, a TV and the AC. The hotel's staff was extra attentive.

The rooms were unique and brand-new, were equipped with the bathtub, nice views...

There was pool missing, I was a little disappointed.

The food was delicious, first-rate service. We stayed at the cheap and unique room with an extra pull out bed, nice views, all necessary things.

The hotel had a central location, close to some very loud bars and clubs that were easily accessible by foot or taxis which were cheap. However, the room was stained and had ants crawling around, the bathroom was moldy and the staff didn't respond to my calls and ignored issues like power shortages. The breakfast offering was also abysmal and the wifi codes only lasted 24 hours, requiring multiple trips downstairs for new codes. Despite the downsides, the outside of the hotel and lobby were attractive and shabby chic.

Some hotels in this category offer pools for guests to cool off in, which is lacking in this hotel.

Hotel need some renovation

The location of Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection is superb, with popular dining establishments like Tippling Club nearby. The hotel is conveniently positioned close to all our favorite places, including the Chinatown Heritage Center. The hotel's design is impressive, and the Chinatown neighborhood is definitely worth exploring.

Near to China town and Tanjung Pagar MRT.

No proper working desk and power point.
