The location was just perfect as was in a quiet street, reception staff were good and the Superior Spa Room was very clean.
The views across the park were nice, the hotel was great only fault we found the pool was a bit small and the reception staff was very helpfull and friendly.

The price is reasonable considering 's the center of a major city, the best Hotel I have ever been to and nice plasma tvs in lounge and bedroom. Good kitchen set up.

Location was ok and was nice that the room had a balcony, hotel also had complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were polite and helpful, fantastic spa bath was an added bonus. The food was average at best, service was really excellent for dinner.

A pleasant 5 minute walk to the city centre, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, in New Zealand and the rooms are really good. Breakfast was nice majority of the staff are friendly.

Our room had a full kitchenette, a dryer, a bath and an amazing view, hotel itself was lovely. Service was very good and staff very courteous, the bathroom stunk and the glass on the shower had scum on as well as the tiles, food was pleasant enough, nothing very special.
