We got a 2 bedroom chalet with separate sitting room for about $50AUS per night.

The room was spotlessly clean, but the bathroom was a bit run down.

Including hot water in the bathroom, simple pool.

Very family friendly with table tennis, very large pool, poolside games room, beach etc.

Additionally room was spacious, breakfast was either a plate of continental or local food served.

This included breakfast (which was limited - asian style b'fast or egg and toast).

Better to save your dollars for a fabulous seafood meal at Besarah (which is just down the road about 5 minutes towards town - left hand side).

Location is near to beach, outside food certainly is so much better.

BBQ was charged like standard 3-4 star hotel but food was burn and lousy!

Very fresh seafood available around the area, the place has a great tropical atmosphere and staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Pro: Excellent view for the sunrise, very good value at RM 80 per night and the great looking open-air lobby.

The room was spotlessly clean and the pool was huge as well.

      Location is near to beach, outside food certainly is so much better.

      The answer is the hotel policy is the room is being made up once in two days and you may get good hot water you are lucky.
