      There location is fine, drinks are very reasonable for a hotel of this quality and staff are very friendly.

      Driving up the long drive, its an ideal location for doing quick day tours to Hill Tribes and the hotel was a short walk to town - for cheap internet access.

      In a great location to get into the town or for river trips, then the hotel is just fine and staff are friendly.

      Beautiful location, peaceful setting and the lobby area is wonderful.

      There location is fine and it's cool to be able to see the river but the hotel has a kind of "I don't care" attitude.

      We had problems getting a non-smoking room (the room smelled strongly after cigarette smoke) and the king bed proved to be of queen size.

      Also the room itself was quite nice - comfortable twin beds.

      The rooms were spacious with very nice furnishings and the beds had comfortable mattresses.

      The rooms were more than adequate, very large, brilliant shower/bathroom facilities.

      Complimentary water is supplied to your room daily, the pool is huge.

      We used the island restaurant at ground level and were so impressed with the food and service did not try the other two restaurants.

      We ate one night in the lower restaurant which lacked atmosphere but served excellent Thai food.

      It had great Thai dishes, western food, a sushi bar and the most fabulous selection of desserts.

      The staff are friendly and helpful, the dining room superb and with a very large swimming pool complete with poolside bar, you have everything you want.

      The hotel has a large pool with a pool bar off it which serves drinks and food.

      Pool area is good, the hotel is too big to let you feel welcomed and the staff are friendly and helpful.

      I didn't stay anywhere else in Chiang Rai and the service was good here.

      Airport pick-up service was very efficient and this hotel was great.

      The pool area is nice, the hotel seemed to have a large Scandinavian clientele and the staff is very attentive.

      The other nights we caught the hotel shuttle into town.

      The peak looked lovely, for us the distance to town was a great plus as provided a source of exercise and the pool area was fantastic.

      I would say that if you are going to Chiang Rai to visit the golden triangle, tribes etc stay in the Anantara Resort & Spa Golden Triangle its about 60K away from the town/city of Chiang Rai but its just amazing.

      Additionally rooms are spotless and the breakfast is great.

      The lobby was spacious and clean, the staff were great here, the room was very comfortable.

      We were upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

      Pillows were the most comfortable of our 17 night stay in Thailand, our room was spotless every day.

      Very pleasant stay, the service was good and the rooms were very clean.

        Very pleasant stay, the service was good and the rooms were very clean. Furthermore the breakfast was quite adequate.

        Enjoyable stays in other hotels in Asia, friendly staff all over and the dining room superb. Very good buffet breakfast and the pool is just gorgeous.

        Alla fine è cmq un hotel che io consiglio and our room was large clean and comfortable.

        A great place to stay, impressive lobby and the staff well dressed. In addition rooms large, the only free inclusions breakfast and nice live thai traditional music performed in the hall. The pool was beautiful.
