            The location is about 10 minutes walk from beach downhill and the area is pleasant, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Sauna and steam room adequate.

            Good location to beaches and town and good value for we paid, very nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff on reception. In a huge room, well cooked breakfast and friendly receptionist.

            Small car park, the service in the bar was also slow.

            Breakfast was very nice, fruit, cereal, full English, nice surroundings, the Durley Dean was a beautiful hotel and the staff were polite and attentive. My room was lovely and on a positive note, the food was very good.
