We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions in this city. The apartment was clean, cosy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the quaint balcony where we could sit out and relax. The air conditioning was a plus, especially during the hot weather. The staff was friendly and had good communication with us. The location was convenient, with a Metro stop nearby and only a 10-minute walk to the center.

The apartment was overall clean, with usual location. We found welcoming restaurant close to the venue. Efficient service, friendly communication with the host.

From start to finish - a great experience of 6 nights. Rooms with modern decor. Brilliant and cozy setting close enough to Madrid, a supermarket, bars, and a subway station and Metro, sights and supermarket. Btw, located in center.

Excellent location for walking around and close to the metro. Well-equipped apartment in a modern refurbishment of a characterful old building. Friendly staff and convenient access to a variety of shops, tapas bars, and restaurants. Spacious and tastefully updated with a comfy leather sofa and bed.

Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

Good value for money, easy to access from airport, good location to sight, clean modern apartment good for three . We experienced a plumbing problem which no fault of management or ourselves, they we're helpful in relocating us to another of their apartment

No reception on property. A friendly staff had to meet us on street on arrival. Also we had lost luggage at airport, one of our party need medical advice and our apartment had a plumbing problem, all this problems were a little difficult without a reception on sight.

Mind-blowing location, super knowledgeable staff, jaw-dropping comfort, EXCELLENT wifi, and equipped kitchen.

We recently stayed at Viviendas Turisticas Duque De Alba for a family vacation with our kids aged 3 and 4. The apartment was spacious and well positioned, making it perfect for families. We loved that there was a great breakfast place right around the corner, and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to the main tourist sites. The decor was tasteful and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a standout feature, with powerful water and a modern design. The apartment also had three separate small balconies, which we enjoyed. we highly recommend staying at Viviendas Turisticas Duque De Alba for a comfortable and convenient experience.

Nice staff and a very nice apartment.

Clean, central location. Good facilities, easy to use. Great bathroom. Up a quiet street but close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with a lovely balcony. Perfect for families with young kids. Convenient nearby parking option. Would definitely return.

The staff were extremely helpful about my early arrival, and I´m sure they would have done anything to help with other problems. The apartment was attractive, well situated and well equipped. It was handy to tourist areas and to useful shops - altogether the perfect way to recover from jet lag.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It is located in an older building, but the inside was like a brand new apartment. The location is great, near to the tube and many attractions. The staff was very helpful. Everything was great =)

The check-in and out process was simple and hassle-free. The location of the apartment was excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and provided clear explanations. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Additionally, having a lift in the building was convenient.

The 4 night stay is very pleasant. Apartment is only 2 minute to metro staion. Advanced shower facility. A/c only in living room but work well enough to cool the bedroom just in a while. Staff is very efficient to fix the broke shower faucet in 10 mins.

Kitchen paper and toilet paper is not enough for the stay. We had to buy some by ourselves.
