Dunston Hall De Vere Collection Norwich - 诺里奇

Close to the location I needed and the hotel building is very impressive.

The room, the facilities, the food, the service, the location.

I have stayed at this location twice on business trips and I have not got a bad word to say about it.

If you're into golf its fantastic, & its certainly a very pretty building & location.

The plan was that we would go into the city for the evening and then taxi back to the hotel.

The room was very nice, it had a huge bed, was very clean, had a good size bathroom with 1sink, toilet, bath with shower over, robes and tea & coffee making facilities.

As well as a 4 poster bed we had a lounge area with sofa and chairs, large bathroom with twin sinks and bath with shower over it.

The room given to us was large but clearly designed for the disabled/wheelchair using guest with emergency pullcords dangling from various places and a large bathroom with no bath but a pleasant shower.

Although our room was OK, although the double bed was very small, we were awoken at 5am by very loud vibrating pipes (this noise lasted 30 minutes) and then woken again at 7am by the mechanical diggers outside our window.

The rooms are beautiful the bathroom we had was gorgeous, 2 sinks, power shower, AND bath.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, the food at the restaurant was excellent the buffet breakfast was not quite up to the same standard.

There are 3 eating places in the hotel, THe main La Fointaine restaurant, the newly refurbed brasserie and the Garden bar.

I am not a fussy eater, but would expect basic bar food/breakfast standards from a 4 star hotel.

The evening meal (and breakfast) took place in the marquee in the garden as work was being carried out in the restaurant.

It was a bit of a walk to the bar and restaurants through corridors but we didn't mind.

The reception staff were very efficient and welcoming and we were supplied with complimentary drinks upon our arrival.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at, helpfullness of all the staff was excellent and we had room service was prompt.

The staff are helpful, very good choice for the room service menu as a single traveller this is very important and one lamp didn't work - faulty switch.

We used the leisure club a number of times during our stay - it was very clean and had a lovely pool, steam room, sauna, spa, sunbeds and gym.

The pool is a very good size and there is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

We didn't use the pool or spa facilities but we did have a peek at the pool which looked very nice.

Overall the hotel atmosphere very welcoming, friendly staff and also the room was clean and tidy.

Our bedroom was spacious, clean, well furnished and well equipped.

Clean and comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast.

For example, one week I was there I decided not to clean off the hairs I found on the edge of the bath on day 1.

The bedrooms, situated in a 1990s block, are very clean and comfortable but you could be in any hotel chain anywhere in the world.
