Exceptionally comfortable hotel with a fantastic location and glorious view of the mountains. Location near to particular Te Anau and the main bars and restaurants and trips to local attractions like Doubtful. Also, down to the lakefront. Interesting design of interiors in a double room.

Superb in all regards!

Simply nothing to complain about, relaxing stay. Luxurious trendy boutique hotel, outstanding views over the lake. Stunning and good location right in the centre, and 10 minute walk from a local movie house. And just off plenty of things to see, the lake and countryside, and services in Te Anau. Light filled room with a separate bathroom. Lovely atmosphere of this property and amazingly great staff.

Its location in city center was peaceful and ideal. And we were very close to New Zealand's beautiful South Island and Te Anau town centre and a pretty garden and lake and mountains in the background.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The setup and view were breathtaking, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the place. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the little touches, like having fresh flowers in my room and chocolates and sweets to enjoy. The host, Hannah, was absolutely lovely, offering amazing suggestions and preparing a delicious breakfast. The hot breakfast was served piping hot and plated beautifully. I felt truly pampered during my stay here.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay was amazing! The location was great for exploring the area and it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with a stunning view. We loved the delicious breakfast each morning and the warm hospitality from the hosts. The bathroom was modern and had everything we needed. Additionally, the private parking was a convenient advantage.

The room lacked a bit of atmosphere, but it was still cozy and comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free drinks and fast Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. The location was also pleasant as it provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the room was equipped with a large bed which ensured a comfortable stay.

This made it difficult to access the necessary amenities and enter the town. I found the décor of the hotel to be outdated and not well maintained.

Stayed here over the weekend and it was amazing! The room was really clean and spacious with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The underfloor heating was a nice touch on a cold day. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful, offering great dinner recommendations and assisting with luggage storage. The breakfast was top-notch, with homemade muesli and baked goods that were delicious. The common area was stocked with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. a great stay!

Honestly, there wasn't anything to dislike about this place! The location was a bit further from the city center than we expected, but the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it.
