  The breakfast buffet was good. But you had to make sure there were no ants in your food.

  I was charged more than the agreed price. It looked like a prison. Homeless people lived next to the building.

  When I arrived I gave them my confirmation number. The hotel could not find it. I had to find an internet cafe and print out the reservation. They would not let me use their computer unless I paid them r$1.50 / minute. The room and hallway looked like a prison. The couch in the little lounge was a leather couch that had rips in it. The swimming pool was a little bit larger than the size of a Jacuzzi. I was charged for everything! I was charged for the lock to use for the safety deposit box. For breakfast there are ants crawling on your table. There were ants crawling on the food too street and asked the driver how much it would cost to go to the airport. There were no blankets on the beds. I asked for a blanket and was told that they don't have blankets at this hotel. I then told them that I was in the room next to me and the guys in the room next to me had blankets. So then they gave me blankets. The beds do not have a spring mattress. Only a single mattress on a platform. The bed was slightly smaller than a twin size bed. The room was narrow.

  Just the location, fancy parts of copacabana Beach and free parking in front of hotel.

  The Location to the Beach was excellent and the staff was nice and welcoming. Additionally breakfast was good, maids were all very polite.

  Location great, also is just under the favela street and the complimentary meal is not served in the hotel.

  Well located and the hotel has a great location. Looking basically for a good price and staff helpful. Super coffee.
