The beds were very comfy and the double room itself was compact and new-fashioned. Had a superb breakfast with cheeses, a beautiful view and yogurt.

Large room with beautifully furnished bathroom, bath, as example. What an absolutely perfect location to the Euro tunnel! Also - just off most major roads and motorways around Dunkerque, the beautiful lake out the back of the property and the Ferry port.

It was surely a very comfortable stay for one night. It was a perfect place to stay in Armbouts-Cappel. The staff were very, very nice, good and perfect location in terms of restaurants or shops.

Nothing to complain about, we spent a good time here. The hotel was excellent modern and ideal for our purposes. The breakfast was absolutely superb with lots of lovely options. The staff was honest and courteous, everything was very good. The location was wonderful and perfect, close to a motorway. We truly enjoyed the proximity to supermarkets and shops in Armbouts-Cappel.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable for destinations we were going to. This hotel was set in a lovely wooded area.

The rooms are compact, the bar is lovely. It offers excellent location next to restaurant and a Lakefront.

Clean hotel in a very comfortable building close enough to ferry or centre of Dunkirk, most major roads and port. Functional, beautifully presented unit with the bath tub and bedroom.

The superior queen room was compact and large. I got absolutely superb and excellent breakfasts with food-very delicious, meats, lovely views. Honest staff at reception desk and the setting was ideal.

I stayed at Best Western for an overnight stop before catching a ferry, and it was perfect for that purpose. The hotel is conveniently located near the A16, with ample parking and easy access. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are cozy. Despite being near the motorway, it was surprisingly quiet. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a great value for the money and an ideal choice for travelers in need of a convenient stopover.

Mould in the shower, used toothpaste residues in bathroom/shower, dirty wall in corners of the room define the "simple" from the official description anew. Soundproof to the outside world yes, not inside, though.

On Arrival we received a warm welcome, and for the duration of our stay everyone was very helpful..the Buffett food was very good and and well priced, we had the three course meal for €16.00 per person...being based at the Hotel for a few days on business, it was well located to the motorway and a nice restful atmosphere to return to each evening...the Lake was a delightful feature.Nice Comfortable beds and plenty of free parking...

We spent 1 night in classic queen room with coffee which would be great, bedroom, for example. The location was unbeatable and the staff was honest and polite during the whole stay!

Well, Wi-Fi signal was not good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfy, providing a night of great comfort. I loved how the room overlooked the river, offering a beautiful view. The staff member who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and spoke English, making us feel welcome. The bar area and patio were lovely spots to relax. the hotel provided great value for money in a good location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Good size bed, nice view of lake. Space for two to use laptops comfortably.
