The breakfasts were great with a variety of food and beverage options. The staff were amazing. The location was fantastic, close to everything we had planned, including the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

The location near a shopping mall was great, and it was nice to have a Wheelchair Accessible room with a fridge and pullout couch.

Central location close to Dublin, the zoo and Columbus, it was in a very nice area. The breakfast was large with hot options, alcoholic beverages and beverages from the soda fountain, and the team was attentive and kept the space exceptionally clean.

The rooms with a couch and 2 queen beds, as for instance. Clean pool, comfy location close to stores.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with a fridge. The service is excellent, and the staff is professional. They offer a free wake-up service, and ironing is available. The location is near Japanese and Chinese restaurants, as well as the zoo and OSU's medical center.

Dispensers in the shower! Cool! Refrigerator was iced up & the manager brought another & hooked it up within just minutes. Plenty of towels/linens Staff very accomodating & friendly.

Not a bad experience, just suggestions: Coasters would be good. Didn't want to set glasses and/or cans on nice wood furniture. Need tissues in bedroom/living area. Liners in trash cans. Overall very nice. I thought the room would be bigger than it was. Satisfactory though.

Loved spotless bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in our deluxe king room. The accommodation had a central location to the Columbus area. Besides, we were just next door to downtown and Dublin.

The breakfast had a variety of options like cereal, cookies, pastries, eggs, and hot waffles to choose from in the morning. Our deluxe king room was recently refurbished. The hotel's location was very central, making it convenient to explore the area. It was also close to Big Easy Cajun, where we enjoyed a meal or two.

The breakfast here was excellent, with a variety of hot dishes and alcoholic beverages, and they paid attention to small details.

90 percent of the children were in the pool without adult supervision . that cause my seven year grandson was there for his 7 yr old birthday and he could not enjoy the pool.

Kids loved the pool.

Our room was dirty and smelled of stall cigarette smoke. Their was food under the bed and in the cabinet. Our bathtub also had dirt and grass in it. Bartender was a little feisty and accused my husband of giving his free drinks away to other people (which was not true.)

New and nicely decorated room, breakfast was really good. The staff here is super friendly and always treats everyone with respect. 😊

The pool

A little dated compared to the photos. The room was incorrect after check in. It was extremely hot in the bedroom of the suite. No trash cans in the bedroom or additional outlets.
