The room was good value for money, and the bed was very clean, would stay here again. The hotel met standards, it was a luxury stay with good service. The staff was professionally trained, very efficient all the time. I ate at a very pleasant restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Central location was a plus. The venue was in a very very nice area.

Beautifully restored and well-organised hotel, it has professionally trained staff with once again excellent service from the staff. The room is great value for money and there are STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views of the surrounding mountains. The cigar bar offers relaxing drinks. No complains at all, I would be happy to recommend this venue.

all the staff was highly professional, settled my issues. the a double room was nicely furnished and brand-new. the location was secure, next to imibala gallery. plus, it was not far from a 5-star establishment, south africa, and camdeboo national park and the valley of desolation. the service was efficient, totally satisfied. i didn't want to say goodbye, had a luxurious experience and will be back.

the location of this beautifully restored and well-maintained hotel was secure, in the centre of the bathroom ceiling. highly skilled and highly professional staff with once again excellent service from the staff and the pool area was clean.

Well, it was a really really nice stay for 2 nights at this establishment. The continental breakfast was amazing, had bread, cereals, and cheese. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to the Valley of Disolation and the Drostdy for the second time in Feb 2019 and very special establishment. Also, Dutch Reformed Church was just a short distance away.

my recent stay at a charming hotel in graaff reinet was simply delightful. the white walls, pastel woodwork, and well-tended grounds created a serene atmosphere. the restaurant's breakfast buffet and dinner menu were excellent, and the hotel's historical significance added an extra touch of charm. overall, newmark exceeded my expectations during this short visit.

Wonderful old and perfectly clean place, very knowledgeable and thoughtful staff with once again excellent service from the staff. Safe parking and astonishing and tasty breakfast with many options. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Old Library Museum. Found in a very pleasant area adjacent to Graaff Reinet, and the areas of the town where lots of garbage was in evidence on pavements.
