      The location was great and the bus company also had FREE wireless. Value for money was fantastic, the price was reasonable and clean and near the town was all I could really say anything positive. Staff were friendly and efficient, bed was comfortable. The coffee was given to me complimentary.

      Loved the location for shopping, the room was quiet as was off the main street and overall, the hotel was in need of a good clean and redecoration. For the price that we paid, was perfect, staff was friendly and the beds and bathroom were cleaned.

      Comfortable and a great location, Banff is gorgeous. All three buildings are clean, staff are friendly and helpful, air conditioning would have been nice.

      Location made easy to get out for day trips into the park, for a cheap price is was good and enjoyed my stay, the rooms are quite large.

      The building is old outdated and dingy, the attitude of reception staff is a bit cool.
