One of the better hotels we have stayed and overall the Hilton Dresden is well worth the price.

Breakfast wasn't cheap (15 Euros a head for the cold option) but the spread was fantastic and if you ate late and leisurely enough, there was certainly no need/space for lunch.

The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful.
Very modern and clean facility with one of the most impressive fitness/pool/sauna facilites I've ever seen, especially considering this was a communist controlled area only 15 years ago.
The gym had more equipment than expected and the pool/jacuzzi looked lovely, although I didn't make use of them.
Beds are comfortable, sauna is not free nor is the large Jacuzzi and the extra bonus of being able to use the executive lounge for snacks.
The Dresden Hilton charges something like USD $20-25 per hour to use the PC in the business center, which I find price-gouging.
