    Airport Licenciado Gustavo Dnaz Ordaz International is in 3km

    From the airport:

    • Head south on Francisco Medina Ascencio toward Atlatengo, slight right onto Av México/Carretera Federal 200/Mexico 200 and then turn left onto Nicaragua, take the 1st left onto Perú and then left onto Puerto Vallarta - Xalisco/Carretera Federal 200/Mexico 200. In 15.4km turn left and at the roundabout, take the first exit, then turn left onto Retorno Cancun and in 120m make a U-turn. The hotel will be on the right.

      Nice walks on the beach, super friendly staff and beautiful views. This place is amazing, for our money this is by far the best resort we have ever stayed and the restaurants are one of the big reasons that we returned.

      From the minute you arrive the experience is amazing, beautiful view of the pools down below and the ocean, the one this place really needs is better entertainment. All of the staff are kind and sincere, drinks are pretty good.

      Drinks service around the pool and at the beach was very quick, the view from the room was astounding and was pretty clean too. Overall, the value for price paid was good and staff were amazing. Tv channels were fine and bar was well stocked, bartenders were always friendly.

      Bars were available in several location, the beach was clean and the sand quality was very nice, also, the Westjet and Sunwing staff were great. Room was very comfortable, food was good and our cocktail waitress at the pool, Monica, was wonderful. Mexican night was delicious and the maids were fabulous.

      Our rooms beautiful, view was fantastic and cleaned very well every day, the food was excellent, Modern Hotel. The spa service was amazing, overall, the employees were friendly and accommodating, hot water was not consistent. Mexican coffee was great, hector, our waiter, was lovely and the pools were clean and beautiful.

      Beach was small, furniture looks dirty and the refreshing towels smelled really bad.

      The view from the bar is perfect in the evening, the Hotel is well kept and the beach is beautiful, the staff, for the most part, are all excellent and very friendly and helpful. And the buffet is just your typical buffet.
