I travelled to this hotel with my fiance and for the little money we paid, we were not sure what we would get!
For the little money we paid and clean hotel.
Also, dreams beach, don't bother paying more to go there, they are the same hotel, you can use both facilities.
The hotel,food, and location are absolutely fine, their is nothing wrong with any of them, which is why i have no hesitation taking my kids there next year.
For that don't fancy the 5 minutes, location are absolutely fine and that place is amazing at night is all lit up.
I would also recomend you get the blue and white taxi as they are cheaper also coming back from nama bay cross the road to get a taxi then u miss the middle man out as he gets a cut.
Airport has changed alot since i was there 5 years ago.
The resort is a lot bigger than I expected though as Dreams Beach and Vacation just seem to roll into one, Thomsons lead you to believe there are 300 rooms we had room no.
Hotel is very clean large rooms all look out over pools, and nothing is too much trouble for the room boys you just have to ask.
Staff were brilliant, our room cleaner was good at making beds.
Music, water areobic,vollyball noisy children Great for families but the couples could get away from the noise if there are up early enough to put towels on the beds down by the sea.
Fresh room towels are given everyday and well worth going to the food is really good.
Water is gorgeous, the bar lads are very good at interacting and in the main restaurant L`OPERA the food is superb.
There is 1 main buffet restaurant (Andalusia), and a further 4 restaurants where you have to reserve for meals.
You can obviously have meals from the counters which serve freshly cooked food ie pancakes and omlettes for breakfast cooked fresh, pasta dishes and pizza cooked fresh.
The rooms are clean and tidy, the food in the main restaurant is very good.
The hotel staff were all very friendly, on reflection: The room was clean and the food in the dreams restaurant was of good standard.
Staff were very helpful, the room was cleaned every day and the guys in the reception bar were fantastic.
The service far better, the rooms were good sized and staff were great in all bars.
The reception staff were not interested in dealing with basic requests,eg directions, advise on facilities or giving change from larger bank notes.
The hotel is really clean, the waiters in the Lobby bar are brilliant and staff are very friendly and helpful.
The boat trip was fantastic very well organised, the snorkelling at Dreams Beach was excellent and the pool area was lovely.
The pool area was spotless and food on the boat was lovely.
The pool at the Dreams Vacation is quieter and nicer that the Dreams Beach.
Clean hotel, friendly staff and our room was spotless on arrival.
