  Food at hotel not too expensive for 5* hotel and staff polite. Rooms very spacious and fantastic breakfast. The swimming pools are great.

  This hotel is 5 star at its best, the staff have always been delightful and cuisine is just as good as at the Bahia del Duque.

  Location is fantastic, taxis are pretty cheap in Tenerife and the beach is one of the best in Tenerife. Hotel is very spacious and the staff are more than helpful. The bedrooms are fabulous and also the bar next door is very good too.

  Right on the best beach in south tenerife, the area as I can so I hope this is useful to you and the hotel is very luxurious inside. Service is very friendly and the rooms are well appointed. The pool bar is excellent, breakfast is good and the cold choice is better than the hot.

  Good local shops, an excellent hotel and the free wi-fi service in the lobby worked fine. Reception staff were knowledgeable and the manager David was charming. Rooms kept very clean, fresh pool towels were available daily and the choice for breakfast was fabulous.

  Pleasant pool area, hotel beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also the rooms are great and the standard of the food continued to be high. Gardens are excellent.

  A lovely pool area and absolutely fantastic hotel. Friendly helpful staff and rooms were large. The cold buffet was really good, the waiters generally were delightful and the gym was free for residents.

  Pool area - clean, lovely hotel and staff very courteous and helpful. A big balcony and the cocktail bars are super. Lots of nice restaurants close by, the spa is great fun.

  The pool area was great, the best about the stay was the jacuzzi bath and staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms were excellent, the buffet breakfast was fantastic - absolutely everything you can think of was there and the food generally was good - no special dinner for christmas day. The gym was free for residents.

  Quiet location and good hotel. Friendly helpful staff and rooms were large. Fresh pool towels were available daily, food was lovely as said before cava and the SPA was great.
