the front desk guy was nasty and didn't smile at all our keys kept not working and the balcony is very small the so called garden view was a tree.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle service provided great convenience. The coffee bar was a nice touch, although it would have been even better if it had been fully stocked. a great experience.
