Doubletree Hotel Tulsa-Downtown - 圖爾薩

The location was perfect, my room was very comfortable and had a great view.

The hotel was in a great downtown location and the staff was polite.

Having stayed at a wonderful Doubletree location in Georgia two months before, I had high expectations.

The shuttle also provided free airport transportation.

We used them to drop us off and pick us up from shopping during the day, and for transport to the rehearsal dinner and wedding.

Great location yet overall a HORRIBLE experience, very dirty pillow cases, moldy room, stained carpet, stained bed sheets.

We booked a room with two queen size beds over the phone and confirmed it with the woman at the reception yet was in for a big surprise when we saw how small--NOT QUEEN size beds--they were.

Beds very comfortable and the bathtub was clean.

Granite and marble countertops in the bathroom and kitchen area blend beautifully with the colors cheme throughout the whole suite.

The rooms are old looking with very comfortable beds.

The food and service at the bar/restaurant was fantastic.

Tried the restaurant/bar, and prices were astronomical, service was perfunctory, and quality was abysmal.

We only had breakfast once in the hotel restaurant and it was good.

Cafe on site serves absolutely the most delicious breakfast potatoes - yummmmm and the Doubletree promised me a great night's stay.

But the restaurants around Utica Square are FAB and that's where you should go for dinner rather than the one in the lobby, which was so-so, though the service was fine.

Service was great, from the front desk to the dining room, and all employees were friendly, professional and courteous.

Everything and everyone, from the room, to the hotel operator, to the front desk staff, to the coffee shop staff, were quality-oriented, helpful, accomodating and gracious.

Has a great view of downtown, the restaurant service is better than some hotels and staff is very helpful.

They have a wonderful indoor pool with hot jacuzzi, and my daughter enjoyed her evening swims while Mom relaxed in the jacuzzi that was really hot!

The garage parking was conveniently connected to the hotel by a walkway.

To top it off, there is a shuttle that will take you to points around town, including shopping at Utica Square, which was kind of pricey for OK though nice.

Hint: you can avoid paying for their wireless internet by seraching for the "public" signal.
