Great location you're attending functions at the Ontario Convention Center, overall excellent stay and reasonable prices.

Great location next to the convention center and nice hotel.

I am a Hilton Honors member and I must say that this location was a big disappointment.

The hotel shuttle driver was very informative and the hotel is very close to the airport.

Conveniently located close to Ontario airport.

The bed was really sweet, room was clean, yet the bathroom needed some work done to it.

We didn't have the option of a king size bed, so when we got to the hotel, we asked if we could switch to a king size room.

The room was large and featured a very comfortable bed, desk with comfortable chair and oversized chair and ottoman.

I had two different stays-the toilet overflowed from the room upstairs-no one really made a big deal out of it nor decontaminated the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating; offered to print out my boarding pass for my next day flight; the room was nice, the bed comfortable and the food delivered by room service was good.

3) "Close-to-the-action" (close to the pool and bar/restaurant), "quiet," and "very quiet" room options available.

We also had breakfast and that too was very good - and both were delivered within 20 minutes!

Overall, my stay was comfy, nice hotel, but please try to avoid the club/bar in the hotel as a few of my co-workers and myself decided to check it out.

A good restaurant is within the hotel and the Italian over the road is very good but can be pricey.

Very efficient service at front desk and rooms are always clean.

Each member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly, the food delivered by room service was good.

The reception staff was exceptional and very accomodating.

The front desk was not friendly and just provided poor service.

All in all, a great place to stay - we did not use the pool, but it looked very nice, as was the entire property inside and out!

The hotel offers all the usual Double Tree facilities plus it has an excellent pool area.

This is an older property with a far east theme (big pagoda like entrance, table of candles in lobby).

I mentioned the problem at check out and they comped my breakfast but I would have rather had a clean odor free room.

Thoughtful customer service I received from the management, over all the room was nice and clean.

Price was wonderful, rooms were clean, maids were great (we had 5 cheerleaders with us so they were demanding).

Also the staff well trained and the room was very big and clean.
