  Pool area is good, actual train rumble at night wasn't too bad and this hotel is probably the best you will find in Modesto. Staff is very courteous, the facilities are very nice and the beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is decent.

  Good location in downtown Modesto and the train runs all night long and during the day. Modern, well appointed hotel and the lobby was spacious and attractive. The staff were extremely helpful and beds were comfortable. Food was quite nice.

  Elevators had minor trash and did not look clean, the maid did not even pick up dirty dishes from the previous day.

  Best accommodation near the gallo center for the arts and older elegant hotel. The staff were nice and the lobby attractive, room was clean, downstairs bar was friendly and drinks were good. The salads were very fresh, also the wine recomendations were helpful.

  Bathrooms are lovely and there is a seperate dressing area outside the bathroom, the hotel has a good bar and restaurant open late, the facilities are very nice, great workout room and pool.

  Poudyal for recommending all the great local attractions, excellent Hotel and the room service breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful foo.

  Aaa rate was just under 100/night and that very fair for the area, the hotel rooms were huge, clean. Bar and food service was up to a fine standard.

  The tv was very old and also the toilet was dirty and the staff were rude.
