The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping.

Nice location, having Friday's attached to the hotel was a huge plus and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

The kitchen area was nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at a hotel.

The fireplace is between the bedroom and the living room,you can see it from both rooms.

The bedroom was just as spacious with a very comfortable bed with big soft fluffy pillows!

Oh, the bed was made and the bathroom had been prepared, but the wall switch plates were CAKED in dirty finger prints and had not been wiped down in a very long time.

The view was nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at a hotel.

Note:Even after writing our gift certificates to a particular restaurant, they did not tell us that as a guest of the hotel we could get a 20% discount off our meal.

The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver.

Has a small kitchen area with a bar,a nice desk,a nice living area with flat screen TV and DVD/Video player.

They really need to add a cocktail waitress or a "bar back.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly.

This hotel appeared to have been recently updated and service is the best in the business.

Overall good stay- we had dinner at the Friday's attached to the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel lobby has nice leather loveseats and the DoubleTree staff could not have been more helpful.

When you walk into the lobby and see the huge gold elephant and all the stone counter tops, your expectations for a hotel experience above the norm for this chain is raised.

The lobby has a nice little cocktail lounge with comfortable, overstuffed chairs, and a running fireplace.

Panera Bread is in the same parking lot which allowed me to bring a bagel pack to my customer.

Front desk were very friendly and efficient, the room was very clean.

My room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was very clean, large, and temperature was well balanced.

Room was clean and the pillows were the best we've ever slept on.

The room was spotless and very well presented.
