Doubletree Hotel Austin - 奧斯汀

The location is great and the hotel has very nice colonial feel to.

The hotels location was perfect for us to go shopping each day, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the third room was boiling hot.

The location makes reasonably quick to get downtown, the decor is wonderful and the staff are super friendly.

This hotel is about 25 or 30 minutes from the airport.

If you expect to be pampered every minute and waited on hand and foot, go somewhere else.

The room showed signs of age and wear and the TV was set up in the worst possible location for any comfortable viewing from the bed.

I have stayed in some really nice places and have an extremely comfortable bed at home, but I think this was one of the most combfortable beds I have ever slept in.

The room was adequate, nothing really special, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and no smoke smell.

If you want a comfortable bed, pleasant service, and old world elegance, reserve a room at the Double Tree Austin!

The first room had the wrong size bed— a full instead of a king.

The bar is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very good.

There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (Papadeaux's, Papasito's, Fuddruckers, just to name a few) and the hotel has a restaurant as well.

We only sampled the hotel restaurant for breakfast, but found the buffet to be wonderful.

The restaurant is good, though cold in the summer, and breakfasts are substantial.

The resteaurant seemed nice but we only ate the breakfast buffet which was alittle pricey for my blood.

As usual, with Hotwire, the reservations were not correct, but the customer service staff quickly corrected the error.

As far as the hotel staff, everyone that we encountered was very friendly and accomodating - the front desk, housekeeping, the wait staff.

Since it's an old hotel, they don't have lots and lots of elevators like some of the newer ones do, but I never waited too long for an elevator.

Also, the elevators seemed like their cleanliness was constantly neglected.

The water feature in the lobby and the fountains in the inner courtyard have to be my favorite.

The business center was handy for internet access and our friends with laptops made good use of Wi-Fi.

For business travelers, there was wireless internet, but it cost almost $10 for a 24 hour period.

The hotel building is nice, the staff is friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with updated fixtures.

However, everything in our rooms has always worked and been clean, and we like that we are welcomed when we travel with our pet.

The room was clean with newer furnishings, but the carpet in the room and especially the hallways could use some updating.

I have had a much better experience in economy hotels with clean and well maintained room.
