All in all, it is a very dirty hotel for the price.
The mid-rise hotel with interior room entrances is located in a low-rise commercial/business location and was easy to access for major roads.
The room was clean; the coffee was very good; can't beat the location but the food is inedible.
The location was good, the hotel was nice and everything you could have wanted, but too many things did not work.
The good- Nice bed, flat panel TV's, bathroom facilities, ambience, work area.
The rooms are larger than an average hotel room and the whirlpool bathtub is more like a big swimming pool for a 2 year old!
The room was awesome and the bed exceeded those that I sleep in at Courtyard.
Check in went very smoothly and the rollaway bed we had requested for one room was there as promised.
The rooms were fine and each had a King bed.
The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is pretty good - they need to work on the pancakes- but the coffee, grits, sausage gravy and biscuits, pastry and cereal selections are pretty good (AND they even have real highchairs available).
Then there was a Starbucks coffee next to the restaurant downstairs.
The restaurant has live jazz music until about 9:30 pm.
Dinner in the restaurant- I was the ONLY CUSTOMER.
The bar indeed does close early on weekends and weekdays.
The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly and attentive with no problems at registration – they even provide warm cookies at check-in.
The overall cleanliness and service is better.
The hotel did have wireless internet access for free, all staff encountered were pleasant.
The hotel has always been clean and the staff has always been more than happy to help with any needs.
The hotel also had a pool and whirlpool next to the fitness center.
The fitness center had new machines, elliptical and treadmills.
Atrium elevator had the same finger prints and lip stick kiss marks on it for over 2 months time.
The desk staff was friendly and my room was spotless upon entering.
Wonderful, clean rooms, friendly staff, free internet access in the rooms.
Took the maids a over a week to clean the rooms of this hotel after there valentines special weekend.
