Overall, my room was comfortable and the people at the desk were friendly.

I was told that my room would be ready for check-in around 1p on Friday, and it wasn't ready until after 3p.

I had to get corporate Hilton to threaten them with fines before I even got a returned phone call!

Truly a testament to their customer service.

I had to wait around in the lobby with all my stuff and was almost late to my own wedding rehearsal.

The complementary shuttle was infrequent and late transporting our guests to and from the wedding venue.

      the person before us must have smoked in the room. the room was moldy. one of the beds was moldy too. there was no skirt on one of the beds. there were cockroaches underneath the beds. the hotel was old and dirty. i wouldn't stay here again.
