The location is fantastic - very convenient and room is clean.

I just think with an extended stay of more than a couple nights should include transportation to and from the airport.

Good view in the room of the hotel, large bathroom.

Overall a very good value for money, very nice room.

Good breakfast at Starbuck inside hotel and comfortable beds.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located the walk to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure is less than a mile and a gorgeous walk at that.

We had some minor issues coffee pot in room did not work and neither did the refrigerator however, the staff switched them out and the replacements worked fine.

    The hotel was nice and conveniently located the walk to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure is less than a mile and a gorgeous walk at that. We had some minor issues coffee pot in room did not work and neither did the refrigerator however, the staff switched them out and the replacements worked fine. My one biggest complaint is that there is no complimentary shuttle from the airport, and when I called I was told to take a shuttle that would have cost $27 per person which - if traveling with more than one person costs more than a taxi at about $50. I just think with an extended stay of more than a couple nights should include transportation to and from the airport.

    Especially the onsite Avis Car Rental we had not originally rented a car but when we decided to rent one for a couple days it was so easy and convenient.
