  Excellent location for Universal Studios and very Nice Hotel. Good prices for the kids, the Raw Bar in the lobby is amazing and the barman is always very helpful and friendly, service is great in there too. Room is clean and the elevator is not slow as everyone complained about.

  As the rooms have floor to ceiling windows this gave an excellent view and hotel is nice. The staff are very friendly, the bed sheets are pure white and loads of pillows, pompanos Restaurant – It took an extremely long time to get our food. S the pool is heated.

  City walk is excellent at night for eating and people watching, the hotel is beautiful, the Front Office’s staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is pretty nice.

  The location is excellent for Universal Studios and about a 20 minute drive from disney, the hotel pool is of a good size and is heated. The reception is really nice and the rooms are vey clean and quite big.

  The reception is spotless and the pool area, overall a very good stay and I look foward to returning, the bathroom of the room is pretty nice.

  Very nice, clean hotel, the lobby was really nice and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms were big and the pool was large, clean, warm and had the best pool towels. The starbucks employees were especially friendly.

  Good view in the room of the hotel and very nice staff. Very convenient for Universal Studios, opens at 6am, large coffee $2.65 and far better than being on International Drive.

  Tgi's very near hotel, excellent food and service, especially at the front desk, thus, everything in the room appeared fresh and unworn. Breakfast very good and great seafood. Large pool.

  All in all this hotel was really disappointing and the staff were really friendly. Our room was lovely, buffet was good and servers were nice and accomodating.

  The staff were of very diverse nationalities and that's great, our room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable.
