The location was wonderful and centrally located.

Located in the heart of Times Square, you can't ask for a better location if your plans include Broadway shows!

Can't beat the location, walking distance to all of the Broadway shows and right next to the subway entrance.

Hotel location excellent - easy to visit Empire State Building, Maceys etc on foot and there is a subway station next door to hotel.

Just a short walk away from us, we had all of manhattan easily accessable via bus or subway, and we had purchased a metro pass for $24 per person, which gave us unlimited ride over them for a whole week.

We had a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the other room of the suite.

As for the food, we didn't try the hotel restaurant because there are tons of fabulous restaurants right around Times Square and you can never go wrong venturing to the Village as we did for lunch at a local Cuban spot.

The buffet breakfast was great with an omelette bar, Belgian waffles, buttermilk pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, assorted cereals, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, where only hotel guests or friends of could eat.

There is a restaurant in the hotel and a bar which for some reason is always deserted, my husband and I have never eaten at the restaurant, but have had a few drinks in the bar.

We didn't get the breakfast, nor did we eat in the hotel's restaurant.

Ate breakfast once at the restaurant, pricey and nothing special.

The downfall is that you have to take the elevator from the ground floor to the lobby on the 3rd floor and then switch elevators to get to the rooms.

The hotel is very nice and secure--you must show your room key to enter the lower entrance where you take the elevator to the upstairs lobby.

As others have noted you need to show your room key or have your name checked against the reservations list to gain admission into the small ground floor lobby and to take one of the three elevators to the third floor registration area.

Security was wonderful, hotel is very clean, the beds are soooo comfortable, the staff was very pleasant and the cookies upon check-in is a great touch.

Spacious by the standards of New York City, the room was very clean.

It was clean, updated, beds were fantastic, elevators were unbelievably fast.

The room was large, spacious, clean and newly renovated.

Being newely renovated the rooms were very clean, modern and just overall a nice retreat to come back to after treking around NY.
