The buses were very reliable, the small store on the first floor was always well stocked and the pool area was clean and the lounge chairs were comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice and for the money was at best OK. All the service was excellent, the Dbltree concierge gave us coupons for free appetizers and the bed was excellent, and great pillows. The elevators were pretty prompt, the towels were large and seemed new, the buffet breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

The bus drivers were always friendly too and the pool area was great, the Tiki bartender was very informative and fun. The hotel staff were wonderful and very nice gals at the front desk checked us in. The room was great and breakfast was very good.

Excellent location, value and price, a nice place. Good for the money, great Service and decent accomodations at the Doubletree Guest Suites in WDW. Everyone at the pool bar was sooo friendly and accomodating, the continental breakfast was adequate.
