The location was convenient and my stay at the Double Tree was amazing.

The location is quiet and a quick hop by car to the German Village, the floral conservatory, and to the market and restaurants near the convention center.

Great location if these are on your schedule.

There is a Subway we found about a block away (E) next to a CVS if you should need one.

I’m from the Dayton area but my girlfriend and I stayed here yesterday evening in order to avoided a crack-of-dawn commute to the Columbus Airport for an early morning flight today.

Bed room standard double beds,TV, dresser, a mirror "wall" outside the bathroom with shelf (perfect for 4 women) big bath room (with Nutrageena samplers).

There were hairs in the bed, the toilet was DIRTY, and the tub had hairs and mold.

1) The staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed room was equally as spacious.

The bed room was equally as spacious with a king bed and high quality linens and pillows.

The bedroom features an amazingly comfortable bed with plush pillows, soft sheets and supportive mattress (I loved this bed).

But given the abundance of better-than-hotel-restaurant restaurants within a few minutes walk or drive, this shouldn't be a show stopper for many people.

I have status will Hilton, and was provided a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant.

If I had one issue it was that the food took a little time coming out of the kitchen even when you are dining in the restaurant.

Food is really good, though the breakfast buffet is a little light on menu items.

The breakfast buffet was great each morning.

This hotel provided the luxury, the staff at the front desk was great we checked in and every employee that we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was fantastic and the room was great.

The hotel was accessible through the parking garage, and as soon as I walked into the lower lobby I was happy with my choice.

The hotel didn't have many other amenities though - it lacked a pool or on-site fitness center.

Music playing on guest tower elevators must be there to hide sounds of creaking elevator car.

The hotel has high-speed wireless Internet ($9.

Amenities are not cheap, like wireless internet.

Moreover our room was clean and the buffet was pretty good.

The bathroom was clean, service at the restaurant was good.

Second problem was the very lackluster housekeeping- room was only partially clean each day, toiletries were not regularly replaced and were thrown on the counter when they were, and cups, trash etc.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Check in was fast and easy, room was huge, clean, and contained everything I needed.
