The only minus is that this hotel location is a little out of the way.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel -- atmosphere, cleanliness, location, and quality of rooms.

Nice hotel with great rooms and a convenient location for our college visits.

Minuses; The hotel is a mile or more from the nearest underground station so you really do need to book the complimentary Shuttle Buses to prevent paying $70 approx.

The hotel is within a 15 minute walk of the subway station.

Suite is large with nice living / dining area, large well equipped bathroom and large bed.

The room was a spacious 2 room suite with a very comfortable king bed and very firm, comfortable sofa bed.

Normally, we stay in two rooms with our children but felt that for our purposes a suite with a sofa bed would suffice.

To make matters worse, the sofa bed was as hard as a rock and though we had requested a nonsmoking room only smoking rooms were available.

The room is really nice, carpet was clean, bed and furniture is very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to get a room with an excellent view of the river!

The hotel staff was great and filling up on a big breakfast in the restaurant really helped.

There is a Whole Foods across the bridge so you can easily buy fresh fruits and breakfast stuff for quick and easy breakfasts in the morning.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in one of the restaurants, which consisted of made-to-order omelettes, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, bagels, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, freshly-squeezed orange, juice, pop, coffee and milk.

We were looking forward to a good breakfast but discovered the restaurant charged $14++ for a regular bacon and eggs breakfast.

If you don't fancy eating in the hotel restaurant the is a Wholefood market just over the river which sells ready prepared meals.

This hotel under the new mgmt do not understand the word SERVICE, they shall do understand the $ sign, everything from Concierge thru front desk staff to the front office manager are very $ oriented, sloppy service at best.

Price was good, rooms were excellent, front desk & concierge service impeccable.

The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and pleasant.

Great indoor pool and jacuzzi, beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, and great price.

The spa jets did not work during our visit but the swimming pool, spa and sauna areas were ultra-clean, quiet and very relaxing after a hard day's Xmas shopping.

Lovely hotel with adequate facilities, including pool, jaccuzzi and gym.

But there is no reason to charge extra for wireless and most hotels do not charge for it anymore.

But the rooms were clean and staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious.

Clean room, nice and quiet and we saved some $ from the downtown hotels.

Our room on this current stay was very clean.

What I looked for was clean and spacious room which this hotel offered.
