Good location for that, attractive decor and very nice accomodations for the price.

And it was great, a great location (about a mile from UT and Downtown.

This place is in a great location, the rooms are large enough.

When I called to ask about a taxi to the airport, it took 2 calls of about 20 rings each for someone to answer.

That person couldn't tell me how long it would take to get to the airport or how far in advance I would need to order one.

The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was spacious and worked well (great shower pressure & hot water, etc.

After it had settled down, we were back in our rooms and in bed, could not sleep for a couple of hours, but finally did.

I like a comfy bed, sheets, pillows, and my luggage carried to my room.

The most important thing was the room, and the bed, were clean and comfortable.

Upon entering the room, my son put his duffle bag on the bed and it fell.

Currently it's under renovation, so no onsite restaurant (there was a limited bar menu and breakfast) and no room service.

Hotel does offer dream deal with breakfast included at their Au Bon Pain restaurant (15$ for 2 adults and one child under 12).

Staff made no mention of the continential breakfast that was currently set up in the lobby since the restaurant was under construction.

Most certainly, do not pay to eat breakfast at this hotel.

And there is no restaurant (just the au bon pain in the morning).

Also Tunisia works at the front desk is exceptional at customer service and excellent group of employees.

Nice hotel lobby bar, good service and the check-in staff was great.

We had a huge load of luggage to go downstairs, and the kitchen staff met us to help us with everything, THAT TOO, IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Front desk staff was particularly poorly trained and uninformed (but not rude).

This hotel is comparable to a Holiday Inn - polyester comforter, budget furnishings, thin walls, unprofessional and La Quinta style lobby.

Business area off to side of lobby with workspaces, PC's and Internet.

For food, since we didn't have a car and were rushed for time, we ate at the Denny's in the parking lot which was fine for us.

The property was new and the rooms were clean, spacious amd had high speed Internet access.

Room is clean, pillows are comfortable as per my wife and the traditional Doubletree cookies at check-in are pleasant.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are big and clean.

Staff was extremely helpful, check-in was fast and the room was clean.

The hotel is a convenient drive or walk to the Erwin Center, room is clean.
