The location is great you need to be next to the hospital, the hotel itself is fine and staff are friendly.

Not the best neighborhood, but good central location to get to the popular spots in Buffalo.

There's adequate free on-street parking and excellent location.

If you are staying because of Roswell Park Cancer Centre, it is ideal--connected underground so you never have to put on a coat and access is 24-7.

The hotel is about 10-15 mins from the Buffalo airport.

When I got my key, cookies, breakfast (Standard for HH Gold), and open door for my room… Wow… that is a suite not a room; I got working desk with small kitchen, and a living room partition by a low wall, a bath room and bed room.

We had one of the larger rooms with a fabulous comfy king bed.

The staff was friendly, the room was big and the bed was comfortable.

My room had a very old bed, little to no mattress padding, and a bedspread that dated back to the '70s.

You are on the road, working a great deal, and the bed is the most important thing in the room.

On the 3rd and last day of my stay, went to their Au Bon Pain restaurant to have breakfast and they were out of orange juice, milk, bananas.

Service at Au Bon Pain was great too, food (breakfast) from here was really good too.

The hotel's restaurant is actually an Au Bon Pain which is fine for a quick bite to eat.

You can get all your meals both at Au Bon Pain and at the hospital cafeteria (which surprisingly is not half bad) and there is a Starbucks-like coffee bar on the ground floor of Roswell Park.

Room service was quick, and there is also a "bar and grill" type restaraunt in the hotel, but the food was a bit bland (but not bad).

We parked on the street after the front desk staff said it was safe to park at the meter in front of the hotel.

Called the front desk to request room service help and no one answered phone.

The hotel cafe had nice and maid service was quick.

We opted for the valet parking and unbeknownst to us, the hotel offers a free shuttle service!

Good enough fitness centre, food in a store on the High Street/Michigan Avenue and the meter was free all weekend they said.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to get around buffalo and free high speed internet.

There are free computers in the business area and High Speed internet there also.

This hotel was friendly and clean, the staff was helpful, the room was very quiet.

The staff was friendly and huge Bathroom was very clean.

Very clean rooms and i received vouchers for a free continental breakfast.

On the plus side, the room was big and clean.

Room was clean and check-in was efficient and welcoming.
