Doubletree Club Boise - 博伊西

In a better location - close to Boise State University, recommended being near town is necessary and we weren't at the hotel long enough to use the pool.

The location was also excellent (within walking distance of downtown Boise, and a stone's throw from the Boise Riverbelt biking/ hiking trail.

The location for what I was doing in town was ok but the rooms really need to be renovated.

Website doesn't indicate, but a call to the hotel revealed they do have a free shuttle to the airport --- call them when you arrive.

This disappointment was the last thing we needed after a 12 hour drive into Boise, and only 4-5 hours of upcoming sleep before we had to get to the airport.

We had a corner room that was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The room was comfortable, a little small, but they arranged it with a bed, sofa, and desk nicely.

It was never running when we returned to the room; it only came on when we were actually in the room (and generally only when we were in bed).

It is in a quiet area, near the river, and the rooms were recently remodeled with nice new bed covers and were clean.

It was then I was told all rooms were gone, except a Queen bed with a sleeper sofa.

For one, this has a built-in bakery/lounge/bar which seemed like a really nice place to unwind in the evening (I only took advantage of the bakery for breakfast).

There is an attached restaurant and bar, which I did not attend.

I would definitely recommend the restaurant nearby - Jaker's - moderately priced (about $12-18 a person) with good food.

Free wireless internet in the room and breakfast cafe offers simple meals at reasonable prices.

We weren't at the hotel long enough to use the pool, but we did avail ourselves of the Red Robin restaurant 1/2 block away and enjoyed our meal there.

The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly, service was very good, the room was clean.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, friendliness the rooms were very comfortable.

My only complaint, and it's a big one, was with the front desk staff.

Front desk staff was young, but very competent.

Swimming pool and exercise room was OK, and was very impressed with the public area adjoining the lobby which has lots of comfortable seating and private business stations along with cafe.

We went for a dip in the pool to get out of the heat.

The only problem with cleanliness was the pool - there were a lot of bugs floating around - but it was the end of the day.

Pleasant to stay in, the front desk people were very nice and the room was clean and neat.

I knew we would be staying for no more than 12-14 hours, and all we really wanted was a clean room that was comfortable enough for two adults and two large teenagers.

The rooms are quite clean and must have been re-done.
