The staff here were amazing, providing exceptional help with private parking.

The place was clean with a pleasant and incredible staff. Comprehensive breakfast for the start of the day with the world's best omelets and the gluten-free options, as example. Absolutely great and fabulous hotel in a central location in the center of downtown. Also - close enough to the harbor, BC Museum, harbor, many tourist spots, restaurants & shops and many local attractions.

The breakfast was more than adequate and a great bonus. Our room had a beautiful view, was comfortable, modern, and well-maintained.- The hotel's location near Victoria was perfect for attending the 37th Annual World Airline Road Race hosted by Air Canada & JAZZ Aviation, as well as being close to restaurants, bars, shops, malls.

Stayed in a tidy and well-equipped room with a great view, a separate bedroom, and all the necessary amenities.

The location is unique, the entire inner city area is within walking distance. Just great. The rooms were generously cut and not used. The hotel's not sensitive, so we got a great night's sleep. Victoria is a beautiful city that can only be recommended. Next year we will come back to Vancouver Island and will stop at this hotel again. On VI one should also take time for the area around Tofino.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay for Great Value. We lived in the queen room with amazing views, a large bathroom plus comfortable beddings. Location: the hotel was not far from all attractions including the harbour and downtown Victoria-proximal to the ferry, the catamaran, the bus terminal and the seaplane centre. We appreciated the Greek cuisine in the restaurant. Everything was simply good.

Updated and spacious room with a tub, fridge, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Attentive services, the private parking was available onsite.

Nicely decorated hotel with particularly good and unbeatable location in the centre of town in the Downtown Victoria district. Early check-in and late check-out, efficient staff. Location short walk to Vancouver, shop and the harbour, restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, and all the incredible shopping Victoria has to offer.
