Enjoyed my stay at this hotel while on a business trip. Excellent location close to the mall and various food outlets. Spacious rooms with well-stocked amenities. Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk. Delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options.

Newly decorated hotel in a favourable and absolutely perfect location to the convention centre, loved this place. I had a queen room and it was a decent size by the front desk. Super-friendly staff, answered all questions. Overall the service was good.

Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were not very helpful.

The staff here are very friendly and the service is top-notch, plus the views are lovely, all in a fantastic location right by the sports bar.

Comfy bed, good gym, near the Mall

So noisy!! Hotel full of kids and choirs and people making noise all damn night. Hardly slept! Guy on the lobby bar was in a bad mood!

The room was tidy, well-equipped with really cozy beds, and had a spacious bathroom; also, the hotel's location was super convenient right in the city center.

I like the service i liked the staff very nice helpful respectful etc.

I.ordered food and when they brought it up to me it was cold not no where close to warm they fixed the problem.

This place is well-maintained and located in a great area next to the state fair, with a spacious room featuring a fridge and microwave and friendly staff.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to restaurants and shopping, with easy access to the freeway and mall. The delicious buffet breakfast was a great start to the day. The service provided, including the shuttle to the property, was excellent.

The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. The check in staff was superb and very responsive to our needs. We were given free breakfast coupons and wonderful chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. I like that we had a small balcony in the room with a door that opened all the way. The restaurant food was excellent; again the staff was courteous and so helpful (we had 2 toddler grandchildren who were received cheerfully). The gingerbread houses in the lobby made the kids so happy.

The heat was set for 72 degrees in the room, so we called maintenance, who could not fix the problem so offered for us to change rooms. We opted not to, because we had two small children and were already unpacked. So they gave us more breakfast coupons, a fan, and disconnected the heat from blowing in. We left the balcony door open until we went to bed. I also didn't like that we had to pay for parking. For that reason alone, we will not stay there again.

Huge rooms and stocked with 2 queen beds and slippery tub and microwave.

The building and rooms here are beautiful, and the front desk is welcoming, plus they offer a wide variety of products for a fantastic breakfast experience.

Staff were not consistent with answers, upon check in we were given the wrong room at one end of the hotel and then had to drag 4 heavy bags back to reception to then move rooms again without any help. There was no apology from the staff for the confusion or inconvenience. The room was standard but there were items under the bed that clearly belonged to the last guests including General rubbish and branded water bottles (U.S. Army water bottles) We were advised that the shuttle bus couldn't take us to the convention centre because it was currently taking passengers to the airport so we had to book a taxi. On check out we asked reception to book us a shuttle to take us to the airport to be told they don't do airport runs. Being told we must have heard wrong we asked them to book a taxi for 4 people with 4 large suitcases. A taxi arrived to fit 4 people but no room for suitcases! A conceirge then advised us that we should have requested a shuttle bus for the run! Obviously frustrating!

The Doubletree By Hilton Sacramento is newly renovated and fairly clean. The rooms are decent in size and well-stocked. The on-site restaurant serves good food, and we enjoyed our freshly cooked dishes. The bathrooms are spacious.

Parking charges were a surprise upon arrival. Gives guests a feeling of trickery.
